As you already know, The Red Cow will be open for business and for the first time be offering a truly iconic Swiss dish in its traditional form, Raclette.
It’s one of those classic Swiss dishes everyone should try at least once!
It will be served with our award winning Sélection Rolf Beeler Raclette cheese (https://www.alpineexpress.com.au/our-cheese/selection-rolf-beeler-raclette/) and presented over gorgeous South Melbourne market ‘dutch cream’ potatoes, garnished with flat leaf parley, gherkins, a cocktail onion and a hint of paprika.
