March Event – (#) With Gruyère AOP to Taste of Sydney 10 – 13 March
March is just around the corner and with that the first Taste event of the year: Taste of Sydney. The foodie outdoor event will take place between 10 and 13 March at Sydney’s Centennial Park.
Graze through your dream tasting menu designed from a selection of over 60 tasting dishes crafted by Sydney’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants, enjoy live entertainment, shop from artisan producers, and test your culinary skills in a host of exciting masterclasses.
This year The Red Cow partners with Gruyère AOP to provide festival visitors the first hand experience of the wonderful world of Swiss raw milk cheese. Gruyère AOP is the exclusive cheese partner of the Electrolux Taste Theatre and hosts their own stand providing visitors the opportunity to taste or buy three different Gruyère AOP.
