
The popular “Entlebucher Beer” has inspired us to create this aromatic, slightly piquant mountain cheese. For cheese care, we use the regional beer, and shortly before maturation, the cheese is wrapped in spent grain from Entlebucher Beer. This makes the Hopfenbergkäse® an exclusive cheese speciality, both visually and in taste.
